God’s Name
Words will not take us across the river
We were never promised easy passage anyway
Only when we swim so deep into the depths of
Our own soul
And learn the meaning of breath
Do we see the face of God
In that timeless moment we are changed forever
Left speechless
Words incomplete in this stillness
We see the world again through the eyes of
The newborn baby
My heart grew so big
So tight in my chest
Pregnant with God’s LOVE
A love one spends their entire life in search of
Like a rare orchid
Only to take a step backwards towards the Self
Where it had been dwelling all along
An inner dwelling so consummate with God’s Love
